These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EasyLendz.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Easy Lendz LLC (“Easy Lendz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Important: These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. If you apply for a loan and are approved, your loan will be governed by separate agreements and disclosures provided to you before you accept any offer.

1) Missouri-Only Services

Easy Lendz offers consumer lending products only to eligible residents of the State of Missouri. This Site and our services are not intended for residents of other states.

2) No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All loans are subject to eligibility, verification, approval, and applicable law. If approved, you will receive required disclosures—including APR, fees, payment schedule, and total repayment—before you accept any loan.

3) Informational Purposes Only (No Advice)

Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or credit advice. You should consider your individual financial situation before requesting any loan.

4) Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or applications
  • Keep your contact information up to date
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or functionality

5) Communications & Consent

By submitting your information through the Site (including an application or contact form), you authorize Easy Lendz to contact you regarding your inquiry, application, or account by phone call, text message, and email, including through automated means where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of texts may limit certain application updates by text, but you may still be contacted by email or phone as permitted by law.

6) Secure Verification / Open Banking Links

If needed to evaluate your application or service your account, we may send you a secure link to complete verification (including bank verification/open banking) through an encrypted third-party service provider.

Security reminder: Easy Lendz will never ask for your bank username or password by phone, text, or email. Please do not email sensitive information (such as SSNs or bank login credentials).

7) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software—is owned by or licensed to Easy Lendz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
  • Use automated scripts or scraping tools without our written permission
  • Upload or transmit malware or harmful code
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

We may suspend or block access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

10) Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party services or websites. Easy Lendz does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY LENDZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY LENDZ AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EASY LENDZ’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED $100.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Lendz and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14) Military Lending Act (MLA) Notice

Easy Lendz complies with the federal Military Lending Act (MLA), which provides special protections for “covered borrowers.” Covered borrowers generally include active-duty servicemembers (including certain Guard/Reserve on active duty) and their spouses and certain dependents. If needed, Easy Lendz may verify covered-borrower status through Department of Defense resources or other permitted methods.

15) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies.
